JustusMarketing's Refund and Return Policy

 

Introduction:

This Refund and Return Policy governs the refund and return of services provided by JustusMarketing, a digital marketing agency operating within Ontario, Canada. Due to the nature of our digital marketing services, which are largely based on time, effort, and strategy, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Service-Based Nature:

Our services are primarily service-based, including but not limited to:

Social media management

Search engine optimization (SEO)

Content creation

Website design and development

Paid advertising campaigns

These services involve strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing management. As such, a "return" of a tangible product is not applicable.

 

Cancellation of Services:

If a client wishes to cancel a service agreement, they must provide written notice to justus@justusmarketing.ca at least 5 days prior to the desired cancellation date.

For services cancelled before commencement, a full refund of any prepaid fees may be issued, minus any applicable administrative fees.

For services cancelled after commencement, a partial refund may be issued, calculated based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any discounts given will be removed from the amount refunded.

Any costs that have been incurred by JustusMarketing for the customer, such as advertising spend, will not be refunded.

 

Failure to Deliver Agreed-Upon Services:

If JustusMarketing fails to deliver the specific services outlined in the client's service agreement, the client must provide written notice to justus@justusmarketing.ca within 3 days of the alleged failure.

We will investigate the claim and, if substantiated, may offer a partial or full refund for the undelivered services, or an alternative solution.

 

Dissatisfaction with Services:

Client satisfaction is important to us. If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of our services, they must provide written notice to justusmarketing.ca within 3 days of the service delivery.

We will make reasonable efforts to address the client's concerns and provide revisions or alternative solutions.

Refunds for dissatisfaction are at the sole discretion of JustusMarketing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Results from digital marketing are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on business results.

 

Refund Process:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to justus@justusmarketing,ca.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of approval.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Limitations:

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of JustusMarketing.

Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed and delivered to the client.

Refunds will not be issued for third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

Refunds will not be issued based on the clients business results.

 

Compliance with Ontario Laws:

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

JustusMarketing is committed to complying with all applicable consumer protection laws and PIPEDA.

This Refund and Return Policy is subject to change without notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
